This is really great spice/Rack, but their customer support incredibly helpful. I have their 20/jar countertop, which serves me greatly, but our kitchen become more and more busy, so we need more jars. Solution will be something like Criss Cross. In beginning we bought two 18 jars, later we add another one.Look very cute and match perfectly their jars, and can hang on wall. But most importantly you can build these racks indefinitely, like on top each other as many you want. You can also place them vertically side by side on table without drilling wall, they are perfectly stable. When two racks joint together (in vertical), the section between them well become as regular square, so you can put jars in them as long the rack is stable (it will be if filled with jars).We liked their seasoning blend very much, Herpes De Provenance, Italian, and particularly Pizza.

I have numerous spices that I continue to add to when trying new recipes. I prefer arranging my spices with the labels facing out for quick access. I bought this rack, and it looks even better in person than the Amazon pictures. Setup took mere seconds. The five-year free spice refills sounded dubious, but after a month or two, I emailed to register at freespicerefills.com, as I hadn’t done so initially. It took a couple of emails, but their customer service is excellent – prompt and courteous. The ‘handling’ charge is a bit unclear: $5 for five spices, $10 for ten, but $17.50 (plus tax) for 15. Not entirely ‘free’ but cheaper than most stores, convenient, and helps avoid supermarket crowds and lines. The price is good too.

I purchased this spice rack for its functionality and aesthetic appeal. With our galley kitchen and open shelving, a lazy susan wasn’t suitable. The rack is a single, sturdy piece, heavier than anticipated, and looks exactly like the manufacturer’s photo. I didn’t plan on keeping the included spices due to my preferences and missing key spices, but the jars were robust and easy to clean. The price seems reasonable for a quality rack and jars. If the “free” spices (as other reviews suggest) are a major selling point, consider buying a cheaper rack and investing in high-quality spices you actually need instead of the random assortment provided.

The product arrived as described. Although we don’t use many of the included spices, we’ll replace them and update the jar labels. The only issue was the free spice registration process. The code on the box’s inside flap didn’t work, which others had mentioned, so I was prepared. I called the company, and the employee emailed me a new code that also failed. He tried sending the code and ending the call, but I insisted on staying on until registration was successful. Another code and attempting to register me himself didn’t work. He said the box codes were faulty and needed to research the issue. I threatened to return the product, so he put me on hold. Upon returning, he registered me using a different email address (luckily another active one I have) and provided the login details. While on the call, I logged in and added products to my cart. I haven’t purchased them yet, so I’ll update my review after that process. Hopefully, this helps others!
